Terms and conditions
All purchases made through the Programme are subject to the following terms and conditions, and members making a purchase expressly agree to adhere to them:
Products purchased through the Programme are solely for personal use and enjoyment of employees and their family and friends. You are expressly prohibited from reselling or bartering any product purchased through the Programme to any third party (exception for employees in Australia and New Zealand where a 12-month period applies to all purchases). Purchases may not collectively exceed set regional limits per calendar year. Purchases must be made by the Employee or Key Partner member and billing information for the purchase must match the billing address for the credit/debit card that is used. Violations of this policy may lead to corrective action up to and including dismissal. All pricing information is confidential.
YOU MAY NOT: Distribute, rent or otherwise make available to others access to the Programme or any product purchased through the Programme except as expressly permitted herein without prior written consent from Bose Corporation. In the case of an authorised transfer or gift of any purchased product through the Programme, the transferee must agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as if they were a participant. Employees of Bose and/or Bose partners cannot have friends or family use their login to access the site, but you can request a delivery to your friend’s or family member’s home address.
RESTRICTIONS: You may not remove any proprietary notices, labels, trademarks or documentation from any product. You may not modify, de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or translate the software on any product. This programme may be modified or terminated at any time.
